Stonefish Careers is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join a small, friendly team at Yatala.
Out client has been established since 2008 with offices here in Queensland and New Zealand, providing their services exclusively to the property sector.
The role will require the following skills and abilities:
- High volume data entry of invoices and matching purchase orders
- Handling and resolving supplier queries
- Liaising with the sales and procurement teams to ensure accuracy across all accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Running, scheduling and approval of weekly payments
- Receipting of all payments
- Updating debtor reconciliations and ledgers
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end
- Daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Ad hoc requests as and when required
The ideal candidate will have strong MYOB and Excel experience, with some experience in debt collection… Fearless candidates please apply immediately!
