We then create the perfect match making process and bring together the candidate that is the right fit for the client. Our extensive screening process is as follows:

  1. CV Screening – ensuring that the candidate has listed on their resume the requirements that the client is after.
  2. Face to Face behavioural based interviews (video call or teleconference when requires) – ensuring that the candidate is the right cultural fit for the office
  3. Reference checking
